Highlights from first A3.business orientation in Quito

Hear Dave's initial impressions...

And a highlight of this orientation besides the chocolate factory, which was fantastic, and learning what a mochaccino is, was the... just the earnestness and interest in all of the participants in wanting to know how they can be more transformational in their sphere of influence in their workplace.

And the other highlight was just a moment I had with the translator Omar, who said during the last talk, he had a moment where he was getting emotional and almost paused and was, he didn't know this, but so was I. And so were a few other people.

So I think the Holy Spirit just descended on us, if I could say that. And touched many of us with his incredible love, and I think Omar had some things in his life that were difficult and he just needed the touch from the Lord. And so that was just wonderful to be a part of that and to hear from his heart.

So what a great start for A3 in Ecuador. And really, the big prayer now is that this will expand through all of Latin America. So this is the beginning of great things for Latin America.

So it was a great, great time.
