We're focused on equipping key leaders with vision, character and competence who will influence others toward Christ's purposes.

A3 PROCESS

Our process is centered around the belief that a Spirit-led community can change the culture of an entire nation—virtually anything—toward Christ's purposes. We give leaders a structure to connect and sustain each other, accelerate their own ministries, and expand the love of Jesus throughout their communities.

A3 SESSIONS

The A3 Leader Development Model brings together 12-18 leaders who meet quarterly over a 2-year period. Intensive, in-service, in-country, in-community, and ongoing.

About the A3 Leader Development Model

Our unique model fosters a learning community for a cohort of marketplace leaders, guiding them through a 2-year transformational process of personal development. Through an integrated curriculum, participants experience repeated cycles of input, interaction, reflection and feedback. By the time they complete the program, A3 graduates have an opportunity not only to develop themselves as stronger leaders, but also to deepen lifelong friendships with peers, as they sharpen each other.

A3 COMMUNITY

The relationships that develop in the context of this experience provide a network for ongoing collaboration, friendship and development long after the cohort graduates.
