A3’s Initiative to Develop Marketplace Leaders

Christ-centered Leaders

For nearly 45 years, A3 has been at the forefront of leadership development. Visionary pastors were our primary customers. But our mission was always bigger. Today we put it this way, “We equip and unify visionary Christ-centered leaders to influence Spirit-led change.” And Christ-centered leadership is a landscape that has a much wider vista than pastors alone. In fact, we believe that Christ-centered leaders in every sector of society are critical to our vision, “A vibrant community accelerating Christ-centered movements around the world.” To see this, we focus on changing the few who change the many.

A3 Within the Marketplace

Over the past decade, A3 has entered into the marketplace. For the first time, we've taken our focus on missional outcomes that utilizes a transformational process, a vibrant learning community and an integrated curriculum to those leaders who can shape their workplace, their community, and their society.

4 Desired Outcomes for A3 Leaders

We have four (4) outcomes we are passionate about embedding into the life of every Kingdom leader:

1. LOVING GOD: A deepening, personal loving relationship with God
2. GROWING CHRISTLIKE: Community of leaders, growing in Christlike character
3. REPRODUCING LEADERS: Multiply their impact by nurturing more disciples
4. CATALYZING MOVEMENTS: Fostering movements that accelerate the Great Commission

Leaders with Potential, Bringing Meaning to Business

We have never been about leadership development for potential leaders, but instead our target has been leaders with great potential. We are looking for men and women who are not looking for meaning in business, but bringing meaning to business. People who are not only pursuing an economic bottom line but want the bottom line also measured by disciples made and social transformation. A3.business equips leaders in the marketplace to develop their companies toward core competencies that make possible catalytic disciple-making movements.

A3 Creates Space and Community for Transformation to Happen

Perhaps more than anything else, A3 creates the space for this personal transformation to happen. We bring together a small cohort of like-minded kingdom leaders who are ready to do something more. Men and women who want to challenge each other to be strategic for the advance of the gospel. Those who are open to sharing their heart formation at its deepest level to express the calling God has created them for. And those who are ready to take action.

It is time to get rid of the sacred/secular divide. It is time for a vibrant community of servant leaders accelerating Christ-centered movements in the marketplace.
