Fostering Movements that Accelerate the Great Commission

Marketplace leaders are carrying the opportunity to reach many people in their sphere of influence with the transforming message of Jesus Christ. They are strategically positioned and poised to grow alongside other leaders with shared purpose. Our core leader development process is centered around forming a Spirit-led community of 12-16 marketplace leaders who spend time over 18 months growing in their kingdom leadership. Out of this vibrant community of servant leaders, they begin to make a fruitful difference in the marketplace.

Recently I was in Seoul, Korea where I was excited to see how these leaders have fostered a movement of young marketplace entrepreneurs and business leaders who are gathering to worship, learn and engage their world with the transformative power of Jesus they have personally experienced.

They call the movement, Barnabas.

Barnabas

Barnabas is an extension of the A3.business ministry in Seoul; one that seeks to come alongside all those in the marketplace who desire to have community and to collaborate to change their city.

While I was there I had the opportunity to be at an Barnabas gathering and share about the four outcomes we desire to see in A3.business.

I was blessed and amazed to see how many gathered in an upper room in downtown Seoul eager to invite the Holy Spirit to empower them for ministry and meaningful work in the marketplace.
