Graduation & Traction in Seoul

A3.business has graduated its second cohort in South Korea, and the traction that is gaining in the marketplace there for missional leaders is exciting! The cohort calls itself “Barnabas” because they develop lifelong relationships in which they encourage each other to be Christ-like leaders who multiply disciples in the marketplace.For the final session of “Barnabas 2” Phil Foxwell, president of Foxmark, Inc. (an international management services firm with headquarters in Tokyo, Japan) was the faculty. Phil inspired the men and women in the cohort to step out in trust when they hear God’s voice and do great things for Him. A part of his teaching was using an A3.business video interview he did with Dan Cathy, CEO of Chick-fil-A. The weekend was packed with quality input. The A3.business leaders who graduated will be a part of the few in Seoul who change the marketplace as they transform people with the love of Christ.  

Monthly Gatherings Build Momentum

But it gets even more exciting as the A3.business leadership in Seoul have launched monthly meetings open to ever-growing numbers of entrepreneurs who are seeking Christ and the biblical principles for running a business. Recently one young business person shared in a text exchange with their pastor just how impactful the monthly meeting had been:

P[astor] Joel, there is no words to express how I am feeling right now I’m inspired, motivated, touched, excited… One of the best experiences in years I’m sooooo inspired and motivated I found direction where to go from here, what to look for and what to aim for.
