New Ecuador cohort experiences exceptional weekend

The first weekend of March, I had the honor of joining an exceptional group of marketplace leaders—members of the first Latin American cohort of A3.business—for a workshop led by Will Nicklas and coordinated by Elliott Snuggs.

Beyond gaining invaluable insights into the techniques and strategies used by one of the world's top automotive brands to enter and expand in competitive markets successfully, we explored something even more profound: the principles that guide the people behind these strategies. We reflected on how to apply Christlike leadership that enables us to navigate with integrity, even in challenging and uncertain environments.

Grateful for the wisdom shared and the meaningful discussions that reinforced the importance of faith-driven leadership in business.

We pray and look forward to reuniting in our next four sessions with world-class executives, thanks to A3, led by Joseph Handley. Marcelo Pazos Hernández is from Ecuador and participated in the second cohort of A3.business in Seoul, South Korea while assigned there by his company. That cohort was called "Barnabas" and was a very special learning community in so many ways. Marcelo's group experience changed the way he worked and the way he engaged with other professionals in the marketplace to be a good testimony of God's work in him and his family. He was so encouraged by his A3 experience that he is helping to launch A3.business in Ecuador!
